
Low Fat Date Yogurt Shake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup California Dates
- 1/2 Medium Banana
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice
- 1/2 cup Plain Lowfat Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Crushed Ice
Instructions
- Combine first three ingredient in blender and puree until dates are finely chopped. Add yogurt and ice; blend until just combined.
