Low Fat Date Yogurt Shake


  • 1/2 cup California Dates
  • 1/2 Medium Banana
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/2 cup Plain Lowfat Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Ice


  • Combine first three ingredient in blender and puree until dates are finely chopped. Add yogurt and ice; blend until just combined.
