Dates are Great Breakfast Smoothie
- 6 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 6 cups dates, pitted
- 6 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tsp nutmeg
- 18 cups ice cubes
- Blend all ingredients, except ice, in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Add ice cubes, blending until the mixture is thick and smooth.
- Divide into cups. Garnish with an optional dusting of unsweetened cocoa. Serve with a straw.
