Date, Pecan & Coconut Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cup California Dates, chopped
- 2 cup Pecans, chopped and toasted
- 2 cup Coconut, sweetened and shredded
- 1 cup Condensed Milk, sweetened
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Drop by spoonfuls onto non-stick or greased and floured baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees, 8-10 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Makes 5 dozen cookies.
