Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract

 

Instructions

Beat eggs with mixer, add sugar and beat well.  Blend in remaining ingredients and place in an ungeased 2 quart casserole dish.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Remove from oven and beat WELL with a wodden spoon while hot.  Cool and form into small balls.  Roll in sugar.
