Ingredients

1/2 cup California Dates

1/2 cup Lowfat Milk

1/4 cup frozen Raspeberries, thawed

3 scoops Chococlate ice cream

Instructions

Combine dates, milk and raspberries in blender and puree until dates are finely chopped.  Add ice cream; blend until just combined.
