Ingredients

1/2 cup California Dates, chopped

1/2 medium banana

1/2 cup Orange Juice

1/2 cup plain nonfat Yogurt

1/2 cup crushed ice

 

Instructions

Combine first three ingredient in blender and puree until dates are finely chopped.  Add yogurt and ice; blend until just combined.
