2 cups California Dates, chopped
2 cups Pecans, chopped and toasted
2 cups Coconut, sweetened and shredded
1 cup Condensed Milk, sweetened
Mix together all ingredients until throughly combined. Drop by spoonfuls onto non-stick or greased and floured baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees, 8-10 minutes, until lightly browned.
Makes 5 dozen cookies.
